Recipe: Breakaway Vegetable Bread (using refrigerated biscuit dough, bacon, and cheese)
Breads - AssortedBREAKAWAY VEGETABLE BREAD
3 cans (10 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
Cut biscuits into quarters with kitchen shears; dip each piece in melted margarine and layer 1/3 in lightly-greased 10 inch Bundt or tube pan.
Sprinkle half the bacon, cheese, onions and green pepper. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used; ending with biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.

I hope someone will have the exact recipe you're looking for to share. In the meantime, maybe you can experiment with substituting onion soup mix for the onions in this recipe.
