Recipe(tried): Breakfast Bread (using frozen bread dough with ham, sausage, bacon, and cheese filling)

Breakfast and Brunch
BREAKFAST BREAD

1 (1 lb) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
ham, diced
sausage, fried and cut up
bacon, cooked and crumbled
cojack cheese, grated
eggs, beaten
egg white, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Roll out in a large cookie sheet. Add meats and cheese.* Pour eggs on top. Fold bread over and seal the edges.

Brush with egg white and add some cheese to the top.

Bake 400 for 20 minutes until eggs are set.

*You can also add chopped olives, or diced green chilies, or what ever suits your fancy. enjoy
