DONA'S BRUNCH CASSEROLE
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 slices bread -- buttered
1 1/2 pounds sausage
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 6oz. package Cheddar cheese -- grated
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups half and half
6 eggs

CUBE BREAD AND COVER BOTTOM OF 13X9 INCH PAN. BROWN, DRAIN, AND CRUMBLE SAUSAGE.
LAYER SAUSAGE, THEN CHEESE OVER BREAD.
BEAT REMAINING INGREDIENTS AN D POUR OVER ALL.
COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
BAKE AT 350, FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR.
