CREAM CHEESE PANCAKES
2 eggs (lg.)
2 tbsp. diced onions
3 tbsp. grated potatoes
1 slice grated American cheese
2 tbsp. cream cheese
Beat eggs until fluffy with a whisk. Then add cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed. Add other ingredients. When mixed, put ingredients on frying pan. Make the batter circular. Put burner on medium heat.
Makes 2 (3 inch) pancakes.
