Recipe(tried): Broccoli-Mushroom Salad - Clear Dressing

Trish--This recipe is excellent & the dressing is also good on 3-Bean Salad:

Broccoli/Mushroom Salad

Dressing:
1 teaspoon paprika
2/3 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil

Broccoli flowerettes, red onion,sliced & ringed fresh mushrooms. Mixed desired amount of vegetables and add dressing.Mix well. Marinade overnight for best results.
