REFRIGERATOR CUKES AND ONIONS
4 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced Vidalia Sweet Onions
1 cup thinly sliced sweet bell pepper
2 cups sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
Slice vegetables and set aside.
Stir sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed until dissolved. Pour over sliced vegetables and store in refrigerator. Will keep up to a week.
