LIGHT WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
(bread machine)
FOR A 1 LB. LOAF:
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup plus 2 tbsp bread flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil*
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp water
FOR A 1 1/2 LB. LOAF:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil*
3 tbsp honey
1 1/4 cups water
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by you bread machine manual and start.
*You can use 2 tsp Wonderslim to replace the vegetable oil.
