Recipe(tried): Chinese Noodle Salad, Oriental Salad (salads using ramen and broccoli slaw)

Salads - Potato, Pasta
I have three versions, but can't seem to find the recipe for all three, so here are two versions:

Chinese Noodle Salad

1 pkg brocolli slaw
5 green onions (green tops chopped)
2 pkg Ramen noodles
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 sm pkg slivered almonds
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Mix brocolli and onions. Break up noodles (discard seasonings. Put noodles in pan with butter, seeds, and almonds. Brown, stirring constantly until light brown. Mix remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour over first mixture about 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6.

Oriental Salad

2 pkg brocolli slaw
5-10 green onions, diced
4 Tblsp sesame seeds
1 green pepper, chopped (opt)
3 pkg Ramen noodles
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 small pkg slivered almonds
1/2 cup margarine

Dressing:
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 pkg seasoning mix from noodles

Mix brocolli, onions, sesame seeds and pepper together and chill. Saute broken up noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds in margarine until almost brown. Mix dressing ingredients together. Add to salad mixture shortly before serving. Serves 25.
