Recipe(tried): Broccoli Raisin Salad

Here is another variation of a Broccoli Raisin Salad. Got the recipe from "The Joy of Hospitality Cookbook" published by Campus Crusade and make it often.

1 bunch fresh broccoli (I use just the florets)
1/2 cup or less yellow raisins
1/2 or less walnuts (I use pecans)
Marzetti's or other slaw dressing (I use Hidden Valley's Cole Slaw Dressing)

Cut broccoli forets into bite size pieces. Mix in a bowl with raisins and nuts. Add dressing to taste.

I also add chopped red onion. Can also add cooked, crumbled bacon. I increase the amounts of ingredients when I make this salad. I make it the night before. Whenever I take it to a potluck, I am asked for the recipe.
