Recipe(tried): browned flour

Misc.

C`mon now! I can't believe someone would actually buy browned flour. Just put flour in a heavy skillet, turn the heat to med. and stir till nicely browned. You can do a cup at a time and store the unused portion till needed. Makes wonderful flavoured gravies etc.
