Recipe(tried): Brusnwick stew from cans

Main Dishes - Chilis, Stews
Brenda,

Is this the one you are looking for? I got it from my MIL and whenever I make it, it is gone quick....

BRUNSWICK STEW

1 (14 oz can) Castleberry Bbq Pork
1 (14 oz can) Castleberry Bbq Beef
1 (10 oz can) Swanson Chicken
1 (32 oz) whole tomatoes
2 cans creamed corn
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tsp each salt, sugar, pepper

Crush tomatoes. Put all ingredients in crockpot.

Cover and cook on low 12-14 hours.

This makes a crockpot full of stew. I have some friends who are "stew snobs" that could not believe that I started with all canned ingredients. Enjoy.
