Recipe: Burrito Canapes

This recipe comes from a cookbook from Phoenix; Fiesta Under the Sun

2 pkgs of 8 snack size flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
Dash pepper
Dash garlic salt
1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
3 green onions, chopped

Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream. Combine chiles and onions with seasonings. Add to cheese mixture. Spread thinly, all the way to edge, on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla. Chill in waxed paper for a few hours. Slice.

Serve with your favorite salsa.Note: Can be frozen

To make these even more zestier use the Mexican flavored sour cream. There won't be any left!
