Recipe: Butter Crumshus Coffeecake

Butter "Crumshus" Coffecake

1/2 cup softened butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Generously grease bottom of 13x9 pan. Cream butter and cheese; add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.

Combine until crumbly:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Sprinkle on top of batter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
