Recipe(tried): Buttermilk Pie

Buttermilk Pie

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla1. Mix all ingredients throughly by hand.
2. Place pie in the lower section of the oven on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
