Recipe(tried): By snacks, do you mean cookies?

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars

If so, here is one that we've made and liked. It is from the 28th Pillsbury Bake Off.

CRISP LITTLE LEMON COOKIES

1 PKG PILLSBURY CAKE MIX
1 CUP CRISP RICE CEREAL (like rice krispies)
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees F,. Combine all ingredients blend well. Form into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.

Note: You can use other flavors of cake mix - add 3 tablespoons water to the chocolate cake mix flavors.
