Recipe: Caesar Salad Dressing (low calorie, low fat)

CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp fat-free parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper

In a screw-top jar mix lemon juice, vinegar, water, parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cover and shake well. Shake before each serving.

Serve as a dressing for salad greens.

Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Makes 8 servings (2 tablespoons each)

Per serving: 19 Calories; less than one gram Fat (16% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 101mg Sodium
