CAMPBELL'S CHICKEN DIJON WITH NOODLES
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup apple juice or milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 cups hot cooked noodles (for serving)
Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add (undiluted) soup, apple juice, mustard and parsley. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
Serve with noodles.
