The Wok
Experiment with the art of wok cooking by creating your own fantastic stir-fry. Choose from a variety of fresh vegetables to add sizzle to your choice of beef or chicken. Also enjoy our chef's daily wok specials. The Wok. It's an exciting taste of the east right here in the Midwest!

The Bayou
Every day is a Mardi Gras at the Bayou. Capturing the spice of life in "The Big Easy" - New Orleans. Taste the magic in such eye-opening, soul-stirring dishes as Spicy Jambalaya, Blackened Chicken Breast, Jerk Chicken, Red Beans and Rice, Fried Okra, and Breaded Catfish. Good food, good friends, good golly - let's eat!

The Boardwalk
Warm your stomach with tasty Manhattan Clam Chowder or creamy New England Clam Chowder. Enjoy shrimp variation, including peel-and-eat shrimp, friend and spicy Cajun shrimp. Flounder is stuffed with one of three seasoned fillings including broccoli, spinach or seafood; and crab shell are filled with a divine seafood stuffing. An American Grille

SmokeHouse

The Smoke house is the new addition to our MGM Grand Buffet. It is a Southern BBQ station.

We have the following food items: BBQ Spare Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Slow Roasted Beef Brisket and BBQ Pulled Pork as the main entrees. Corn on the cob, baked beans, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, corn bread, black eye peas, candied yams, House BBQ sauce, Vinegar base BBQ sauce and Mustard BBQ sauce for side dishes.

Salads
Salads have never been so exciting, original and wonderfully delicious. Add a salad to a meal made from other stations - or make a meal made from our huge variety of salads such as Caesar, and Fruit Salad. Give your tastebuds a cool with our Cucumber & Red Onion Salad. Or discover the delicate flavors of our Marinated Button Mushroom Salad. It's all here - from Gourmet Three Bean Salad to Chunky Red Skin Potato Salad and everything in between!

Grand Desserts Shop
Don't worry. You're not the first person to stare in joyful disbelief at our magnificent variety of desserts. It's not a colorful and sinfully rich dream. It's delightfully real. We offer Peach and Apple Cobblers and a tremendous assortment of sliced cakes and pies. You can also choose from a variety of delicious sugar-free desserts, and a make your own sundae bar.
