seems to me breakfast was a big thing in Las Vagas and CHEAP ones they want you to come in to gamble so offer good priced food/buffets.
don't forget plastic cups for quaters.
Rental/party stores rent casino stuff.
I'd find old Dino music to play or the rat pack knind of sound ...
