ISO: Casino-themed party ideas - Has anyone been to a real casino?

Misc.
I'm thinking ahead to the Las Vegas/Casino-theme party that I want to do for DH's 50th. I've never been to a real casino - can anyone tell me what the typical "eats and drinks" would be?
Thanks for any and all ideas for the theme!
