Recipe(tried): Cavitelli and broccoli

Side Dishes - Vegetables

It is a crowd pleaser and can be served hot or cold...it is not a formal
recipe...
Cook as much cavitelli as you need
Chop fresh broccoli or use frozen chopped broccoli...saute in olive oil
w/garlic and season w/salt and black pepper
Toss together w/cooked , drained cavitelli...season w/grated cheese...any or
several varieties...fresh garlic...a little more olive oil...and fresh ground
black pepper...then ENJOY!!!

Variation...toss in cooked and crumbled hot or sweet sausage.
