Recipe(tried): Chambord Champagne Punch, Cranberry Champagne Punch, Jack Daniel's Punch, Plantation Punch - Some Great Punch with a Kick in it!!
BeveragesHello Shelby,
Here are some great punch recipes I have used that are kicking!!
Chambord Champagne Punch
serves 6
1 bottle champagne
1 quart cran-raspberry juice
1 cup OJ
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup chambord
Combine all but the champagne in punch bowl. Add ice and pour in champagne just before serving.
Cranberry Champagne Punch
2 ounces almond flavoring
1 can pineapple juice
1 jar cranberry juice (medium size)
2 cups sugar
Mix above together and add 1 liter of ginger ale before serving. You can add amaretto to this if you would like a spirited punch. I add about 1 and 3/4 cup of amaretto. It tastes very good without the alcohol, however.
Jack Daniel's Punch
Servings: 20
2 bottles (750 ml. each) Jack Daniels
juice of 6 lemons
1 (18 oz.) can pineapple juice
juice of 8 oranges
2 bottles (14 oz. each) ginger ale
sugar
orange, lemon and pineapple slices
Combine first four ingredients over block of ice in a punch bowl. Add ginger ale and sugar to taste. Garnish with fruit slices.
Plantation Punch
Servings: 12
1 fifth dark rum
1 fifth white rum
1 (6 oz.) can limeade concentrate, thawed
1 quart orange juice, chilled
1 quart pineapple juice, chilled
6 oz. grenadine
2 liters club soda, chilled
Mix all but the club soda. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving pour the rum mixture into a punch bowl and add the chilled club soda, add ice, stir gently.
