Recipe(tried): Champagne Peach Punch and Scarlett's Come-On

Beverages
CHAMPAGNE PEACH PUNCH
This is my favorite punch for "occasions". Served at my daughters wedding and my parents fiftieth.

3-12 oz. cans peach nectar
1-6oz. can frozen orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup peach brandy
1/4 cup grenadine syrup
1 Qt. club soda
3 bottles champagne ( doesn't need to be expensive)
Mix all ingredients except soda and champagne. Chill. Pour over a block of ice in punch bowl. Add champagne and soda. Garnish with fruit and/or mint sprigs.

This is good for barbeques and patio parties.

SCARLETT'S COME-ON

1 qt. water
2 Tbs.tea leaves (a couple of bags works fine)
1/2 cup chopped mint
1 cup honey
2 bottles dry red wine, chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice
1-3/4 cup club soda
Mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish

Bring water to boil in saucepan; remove from heat and add tea and mint leaves. Let steep for five minutes. Strain into a punch bowl and add honey; stir until dissolved. Add tea mixture. Chill. Add chilled wine, lemon juice, and club soda. Add lalarge chunk ice or ice ring. Poke mint sprigs through lemon slices and float on the punch.
