CHICKEN AND RICE
3 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups uncooked instant rice
1 cup water
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup diced celery
Combine the soup, rice, and 1 cup water in crock pot. Add the chicken; sprinkle with the salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle the celery over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Makes 4 servings
