Recipe(tried): Cabbage Casserole - good stuff

Main Dishes - Casseroles
CABBAGE CASSEROLE

Quarter a healthy sized cabbage and bring to a boil till wilted; drain thoroughly.

Choose any flavored seasoned rice to your taste and cook according to directions. When rice is done, add a can of Rotel tomatoes and a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup to rice mixture and mix well.

Cook your choice of any ground meat mixed with chopped onions and garlic then drain grease from meat.*

Choose your favorite grated cheese.

After all has been done and cabbage has been drained thoroughly, layer these items in a casserole dish big enough to accommodate the mixture.

Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. About 5 minutes before the casserole is done, add a little shredded cheese to top and bake for about 5 more minutes-and viola -it's done.

*I have also tried this dish with seafood in it and its good too. G

ive it a try- Thanks
