Recipe: Chicken Breast

You know I don't have a recipe with exact measures so here goes with my
favorite.
Season a small amount of flour, coat chicken ( I use lemon pepper & Cajun
seasoning)
Place a small amount of olive oil in skillet w/lid.
Brown chicken on high heat.
Top with 1 large onion sliced thinly, 1 large bell pepper sliced, 1 lb. fresh
mushrooms sliced, salt/pepper and about 1 cup dry white wine and 1/2 c. water.
Lower heat cover skillet and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
Stir 1 or 2 times. Veggies will cook, wine will reduce and make a nice sauce.If
you want it to be really rich stir in 1 cup no-fat sour cream during the last 5
minutes.
