Cranberry Chicken

Yep, it should be covered with foil (unless you have a cover for the pan that's
oven proof. The ladies at my church LOVE this recipe. We know it as Palm Beach
Chicken. Have heard of a variation using apricot preserves instead of
cranberry sauce and no onion soup, but haven't tried it yet.
