Recipe(tried): Chicken Country Captain - yet another recipe

Country captain originates from either an indian or malaysian chicken curry though there's no reason why it shouldn't work with liver.

here's another recipe:

1 1/2 lb of chicken (or liver; cut into chunks)
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups of coconut milk
1 onion (chopped finely)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 lime, juice of
salt to taste

Rub the dry ingredients on the meat. Brown with a little butter.

Add coconut milk and simmer until tender.

Fry onion and garlic until crisp (separately) and add to chicken.

Serve with lime juice and salt to taste.
