Recipe: Imperial Chicken Roll-Ups (using bread crumbs, garlic and Parmesan)

IMPERIAL CHICKEN ROLL-UPS

3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 or more cloves garlic, pressed (or garlic powder)
1 cup dry fine bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Juice of 2 lemons
Paprika

Combine butter and garlic; stir well and set aside.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley salt and pepper; stir well.

Dip chicken in butter mixture and coat with bread crumb mixture. Fold long sides of chicken together. Bring short ends over and secure with toothpicks. Place chicken rolls seam side down in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
