Chicken Green Bean Casserole

skinless boneless chicken breasts or tenderloins
potatoes -- peeled and diced
1 package frozen green beans
1/2 stick butter - melted
1 pkg Good Seasons dressing

Put the chicken in the center of a baking dish (like for lasagna, you can stack the chicken) put the potatoes on one side and the beans on the other. Melt stick of butter/margarine or use olive oil and 2 ozs of water-mixed with a dry package of good seasons dressing (you pick the kind you like, we buy the cheapest which is usually the original style), pour over the chicken, beans and potatoes and cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, remove foil, stir the potatoes a little and bake until they are done. This is delicious and even better left over.
