Recipe(tried): Chicken Pot Pie

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Here's mine:

One frozen double crust, refrigerated double crust or homemade crust of choise.
One large can chunk chicken or one large chicken breast or leftover turkey or chicken meat.
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 cup fresh veggies-I use zuccini, cauliflower and carrots (veg-all or frozen can be used but is not best)
1/4 cup chicken broth if you do not use canned
1/4-1/2 Cup milk
salt and pepper

Cut veggies very small and saute, steam or boil in chicken broth
Brown chicken in a little oil, then cook slowly until done, then chop (if you use fresh chicken)
Open can of chicken and add it, juice and all to veggies and soup or add fresh chicken to it.
Add milk to desired consistancy-I use 1/4 cup, it is thicker.
dash of salt and pepper.

Cook bottom crust at least ten minutes then add mixture, cook at 350 until crust is nice and brown-about 1/2 hour or so. Watch it, ovens may vary and put tin foil over edges about halfway thru if you want even browning
