CHILI CHEESE CORN
4 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tablespoons butter
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In large saucepan mix corn, cheese, and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
This recipe came from one of my daughter-in-law's magazines.
