Recipe(tried): Chipoltes Rice

Side Dishes - Rice, Grains
I picked this recipe up from this site earlier this summer. Shortly after, we were in Portland, OR and stopped by a Chiipolte restaurant for the first time. I tried this rice recipe after we returned home, using my own cilanto, and it was a definate match.
