I use this frosting on everything. It is my son's favorite, in fact for his birthday last year he just wanted a bowl of frosting....of course I made cupcakes and gave him the leftover frosting.

CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
8 Tablespoons Hershey's cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
Milk to smooth
Cream butter, powdered sugar and cocoa together.
Add vanilla flavoring.
Add enough milk to smooth.
