Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here is a recipe for chocolate muffins almost like the ones from Sam's Club.
Makes about 9 large muffins

1 box (2 layer size) chocolate fudge cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding
3/4 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 small bag mini chocolate chips (freeze the chips before baking)
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Mix cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, oil and extract until smooth (use an electric mixer). By hand, stir in the bag of chocolate chips; blend throughly.

Spray big muffin tins with vegetable spray then fill them 3/4 full. Bake 350F for 25-35 minutes. Check after 20 minutes to see if they are done- DO NOT OVERBAKE.

These freeze well also.
