Recipe: Chocolate Gravy

Per request mentioned by Page on Ethnic/International Board. CHOCOLATE GRAVY: 3 Tbls. cocoa, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 Tbls. flour, 2 cups milk. Mix cocoa, sugar and flour in skillet; stir in milk. Cook over med. heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Serve with hot biscuits or pancakes. *I usually add: a little chocolate extract, butter flavoring and vanilla extract. The recipe is good as is but, My family likes it a bit richer. ALSO- Use heaping Tbls. of cocoa. Enjoy!
