Recipe: Fish Salad (using dill pickle and chili sauce)

Salads - Main Dish
FISH SALAD

4 cups flaked cooked haddock
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/3 cup salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground white pepper

Toss together the haddock, celery, dill pickle, and green pepper.

Combine the remaining ingredients for the dressing. Add to the fish mixture. Chill thoroughly. When serving, garnish with egg slices and olives.
