Recipe: Chocolate Ice Cream Cups

I didn't see the show, but I have used this recipe and it makes quite an elegant presentation.
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CUPS
1 (12oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14oz) can Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup finely ground pecans
Ice cream, any flavor
In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with with condensed milk, remove from heat. Stir in pecans.
In individual paper or foil lined muffin cups, spread about 2 Tbsp. of chocolate mixture. With back of spoon spread chocolate on bottom and up sides of each cup. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Before serving, remove liners, make a cut in the bottom of the liner and peel off from bottom to top.
Put a nicely rounded scoop of ice cream in cup and serve on a dessert plate.
Store unfilled cups in airtight container in freezer.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen
