Perfect Chocolate Cups

2 (12oz) bags chocolate chips
1 bag 7" balloons

In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips. Blow up balloons and dip into cooled chocolate, covering entire bottom part of the balloon. Place on wax paper; chill. Securely grasp tied end of balloon. With other hand, snip a tiny hole in top of balloon and slowly deflate. Remove balloon from chocolate cup. Repeat with other balloons. Cover cups with plastic wrap and chill.
variations: dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate, black and white mix, chocolate with nuts, chocolate with raisins.
