Recipe: Chocolate Silk Pie (using yogurt, no eggs) (blender or food processor)

CHOCOLATE SILK PIE

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup Dannon Plain Nonfat or Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (4-serving size) package instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
1/3 cup sugar
1 packaged graham cracker crumb crust (6 ounces)
Reduced-calorie whipped topping

In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 3 minutes to soften. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.

In food processor or blender combine gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients except crust and topping. Process until well blended. Pour into crust.

Cover; chill several hours. Top with whipped topping.
