CINNAMON ORANGE CRUMB PIE CRUST
1 1/4 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs*
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1/4 cup soft margarine
Combine crumbs, sugar, and orange rind. Blend in butter. Pat into 9-inch pie pan.
*Graham cracker crumbs are quickly made in a food processor.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust, 12 servings
