Recipe: Coffee Buttercream Frosting (using General Foods International Coffee Mix)

1/4 cup General Foods International Coffees, any flavor
3 Tbsp. hot milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
Dissolve coffee in hot milk.
Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating on low speed until well blended.
Add coffee mixture; mix well. Let stand, if necessary, until frosting is of spreading consistency.
Makes: 2 1/2 cups
