Recipe(tried): Cola Roast

Cola Roast

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
4 lb. roast
3 Tbsp. veg.oil
1/4 cup Coca cola
12 oz. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 325F. in a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper & garlic powder; rub over roast. In a roasting pan, heat the oil to hot & brown the roast on all sides. Combine all the remaining ingredients & pour over roast. Cover & roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
