Hickory Smoke Roasted Brisket (crock pot)

Place 3-4 lb beef brisket on large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle generously with 1/4 cup of liquid smoke (or less) and 1/2 tsp each: celery salt, garlic salt and onion powder. Wrap well and put into crock pot. Cover, cook on low 8-10 hours (high: 4-6hours). Spoon juices over meat when serving.
