Recipe(tried): Cole Slaw Dressing - Try this

I have been looking for that recipe also. My grandmother did not use mayo- it was cider vinegar, sugar and sweetened condensed milk. I just am not sure of the measurements.... She used the same bowl to make it and did not measure... She just knew how much.
