Recipe: Collete's Tuna

Collete's Tuna
From: Susie, Illinois
Great for a fast dinner.

6 slices bread-buttered
1 can tuna drained
2 eggs beaten
2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
green peppers, onions diced, mushrooms if wanted

Line bottom of casserole with the bread cutting to fit. Beat eggs; add tuna, milk, and seasonings; pour over bread. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake in 350 oven until middle in set. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top last 10 minutes of baking.
