Recipe: Communion Bread

Breads - Assorted
COMMUNION BREAD

1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. butter

Cream butter, add sugar and eggs; mix soda with flour. Add salt. Roll into 1/8 inch thickness, pack into square pan. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly brown on top, before baking score into 1 inch pieces.
