Recipe: Communion Bread

Breads - Assorted
COMMUNION BREAD

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Speck of salt
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour

Grease 13"x9" pan. Mix ingredients. Pat dough down very thinly in pan, about 1/4" thick. Cover with waxed paper and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut when cool. 21"x14" rows will give you 294 pieces.
