Recipe(tried): Cooked Pineapple Fruit Dip

I used this at my daughters' wedding last week.

Bring to a boil:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
3 T. flour

Let cool :

fold in a large container of coolwhip

It's really easy and light.
