Recipe(tried): Cookout for Old Friends....

Menus
Hi Everyone,

SOrry I have not been able to post since last Friday but I have been soooo very busy! I helped my Mom move, ran errands, my kitty was sick, I had migraines, and the list goes on and on.

Anyway, this afternoon old friends of ours are staying the evening with us as they take an early morning ride out to the Port to take a cruise ship to Honduras.

I figured we would have an old fashioned cookout but I don't think we will be able to sit outdoors as the weather is just unbearably hot.

Here is the menu planned for this evening!

Artichoke Dip with Assorted Crackers
Cheddar Cheese and Crackers
Sliced Strawberries with Amaretto Dip

Sirloin Cheese Burgers
Hot Dogs
Classic Potato Salad
Smokin! Baked Beans in a Crockpot

Lemon Meringue Pie
Fudge Brownies

Coffee, Iced Tea, Assorted Wines & Beers
